Fox Hollow boasts a light and comfortable sitting room with dual aspect views over the large garden, large TV, comfy sofas and a cozy log burner for those wintery evenings.

The newly fitted kitchen with Lakeland slate worksurfaces seats all guests at the farmhouse table. It also includes a whole wall of bespoke wallpaper showing an OS map!... to help with planning the next walk or hike over the nearby fells and mountains as Fox Hollow is within easy access of an extensive range of footpaths and bridleways in a tranquil and peaceful conservation area.

Each of the 4 bedrooms include a wall hung TV, Egyptian cotton bed linen, pure cotton towelling robes, slippers, towels and bespoke soft furnishings.

The cottage is surrounded by a private wrap around lawned garden with a safe play area for children, luxurious exterior furniture for relaxing long summer days and a private drive for parking up to 5 cars.

Through the back door next to the kitchen the current owners have created a handy boot room which includes washing machine, tumble dryer and sink with plenty of space for bikes or pushchairs to be stored securely in the adjoining garden store next door.
